Coy XL Cosmetic Bag

This bag!! 

The top is 13” wide, the base is 8.5” wide. The bottom is boxed and is about 4” deep. 

The center panel is canvas fabric and the sides are blue vinyl. The top closes with a zipper and the lining is waterproof canvas. 

These bags hold a ton! 

They are great for a few baby diapers and wipes too!!
